• Root Mean Square Deviation (RMSD)
• P value
• Deformation Index
• Interaction Network fidelity
  • this metric can be measured by different types of contacts, including:
  • all contacts
  • Watson-Crick interaction
  • non-Waston-Crick interaction
  • stacking
